This story is so unlike Duncan’s other paranormal stories,
and begins to show her range of writing. It is also different from other love
stories that I have read in that, while there is indeed love and romance, what
I take away from it is a sadness that hints of possible redemption and
retribution. This book could be a stand-alone, however, it leaves me hoping
there will be a sequel or a series, something that will allow Will and Autumn
to experience the happy ever after that the reader has come to wish for the two.
I recommend this book for its readability, story-line and character development.
Megan Duncan is a very talented writer.
